Canwick's substantial Village Hall is owned for the community by a charitable trust, with community members serving as Trustees.

The Hall is run by the Social Club. Membership is open to all residents at only £5 for the whole year year - for details contact the Interim Chairman, Andrew Vaughan, on Lincoln 528266. Regular events include Keep Fit classes and dancing - a full list can be found on the Hall notice board.

The Social Club runs a licensed bar in the Club Room which is open on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 8:30 pm to 11 pm, and on Sunday lunchtime from 12 - 2 pm. The Village Hall is a no smoking area.

The Hall is available for hire for anyone who wants to put on an event - the Lettings Secretary is Di Vaughan on  Lincoln 528266. To publicise a Hall event on this website contact the webmaster.
