Please note that the minutes are a legal record of council proceedings. By law these cannot be published until they are formally approved by councillors at the following meeting. This is why minutes will normally appear about five weeks in arrears: we aren't being lazy, just legal!
July minutes will be published in late September due to the August recess. Archived minutes not on this site are available from the Clerk.
