Canwick Parish Council: Meetings

PARISH COUNCIL MEETINGS
The Council meets eleven times each year, usually on the third Monday of each month. Meetings are normally held at 7:30 PM at the Village Hall, and members of the community are very welcome to attend. These are the Parish Council meetings scheduled for 2011/2012:
Monday 21 March 2011 Monday 18 April 2011 at 7pm followed by Annual Parish Meeting at 8pm Monday 16 May 2011 - Annual General Meeting Monday 20 June 2011 Monday 18 July 2011 August - in recess Monday 19 September 2011 Monday 17 October 2011 Monday 21 November 2011 Monday 19 December 2011 Monday 23 January 2012 *Date Change* Monday 20 February 2012 Monday 19 March 2012 Monday 16 April 2012 at 7 pm followed by Annual Parish Meeting at 8 pm Monday 21 May 2012 - Annual General Meeting
Times and dates are subject to confirmation. Agendas and the time and place of meetings are posted on the notice board outside the Village Hall at least three days in advance.
