Canwick Parish Council: Meetings

PARISH COUNCIL MEETINGS
The Council meets eleven times each year, usually on the third Monday of each month. Meetings are normally held at 7:30 PM at the Village Hall, and members of the community are very welcome to attend. These are the Parish Council meetings scheduled for 2010/2011:
Monday 15 March 2010 Monday 19 April 2010 at 7pm followed by Annual Parish Meeting at 8pm Monday 17 May 2010 - Annual General Meeting Monday 21 June 2010 Monday 19 July 2010 August - in recess Monday 13 September 2010 Monday 18 October 2010 Monday 15 November 2010 Monday 20 December 2010 Monday 17 January 2011 Monday 21 February 2011 Monday 21 March 2011 Monday 18 April 2011 at 7 pm followed by Annual Parish Meeting at 8 pm Monday 16 May 2011 - Annual General Meeting
Times and dates are subject to confirmation. Agendas and the time and place of meetings are posted on the notice board outside the Village Hall at least three days in advance.
