Canwick's
Publication Scheme was first drafted in 2002 and has been approved by the
Information Commissioner, who is responsible for ensuring the Act is put
into practice correctly. It lists the various kinds of information held,
and explains the procedures for access under the Act. The law requires the
Council to keep the Publication Scheme updated, and you can read the
